We often hear about mobility, but what is it really?

Every joint has a passive range of motion, achieved without muscular control, and an active range, which requires extensive muscular engagement and neurological coordination. 

Inverted postures and extensions are postures in which the body tends to compensate easily due to the workload and commitment they require.

Thanks to these workshops, we'll be able to understand how to avoid these compensations and finally go further in our practice, in complete safety.

We end Saturday with a Yin practice workshop to balance the Yang energies of the other 2 workshops.
